These terms govern your use of the infinet.gr website. They do not govern any project we carry out for you — that is covered by the contract we agree separately — and they do not govern our products, which have their own terms.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them from time to time, and the version published here at the moment you visit is the one that applies.

3. What this website is for

This site describes our services and products. The information on it is provided for general information only and is not a binding offer. Nothing here creates a contract between us. Scope, timelines, prices and warranties for any work we do are agreed separately in writing.

Case studies describe work we have carried out. They are summaries, and the results described in one project are not a promise of the same outcome in another.

4. Our products

ItemAtlas3D and any other application we publish are governed by their own terms and their own privacy policy, available at infinet.gr/itematlas3d/ and through the relevant app stores. The present terms do not cover the use or purchase of those applications.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, images, logos, layout and code — belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. You may not republish, sell, or reproduce substantial parts of it, or use our name, logo or branding, without our written permission. Third-party names and marks shown on the site remain the property of their owners.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any server behind it;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by introducing malicious code;
• use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, abusive content, or anything you have no right to send.

7. Availability and accuracy

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we are not obliged to keep any information on it up to date.

8. Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under Greek law. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens, Greece have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

12. Language

These terms are published in Greek and English. The Greek version is the governing text; the English is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Greek version prevails.
