ACCOUNT DELETION

Delete your ItemAtlas3D account

You can do this yourself, inside the app, in under a minute. If you can no longer open the app, send us a deletion request by email instead.

The quickest way: in the app

  1. Open More → Account.
  2. Under your email address, below Sign Out, tap Delete account.
  3. Read the summary. It names every household you belong to and says exactly what will happen to each one.
  4. Type your email address to confirm, and tap Delete.

It takes effect immediately. There is no waiting period and no confirmation email to chase.

Cancel your subscription first, if you have one. Neither Apple nor Google permits an app to cancel a subscription on your behalf, so deleting the account does not stop the billing. The deletion screen has a button that takes you straight to the store’s subscription page — cancel there, come back, and finish.

If you are deleting the account only in order to change your email address, write to support@infinet.gr before you do anything — a subscription belongs to the account it was bought on, and we can help you move it.

What is deleted

What is kept, and why

WhatWhy
Data that only ever lived on your own device It was never on our servers, so it is not ours to destroy. A checkbox during the flow erases it too if you want a clean slate.
Households where other people remain The inventory belongs to that household, not to you alone. You are removed from it; they carry on.
Other people’s accounts and local copies Members of a household you destroy keep a read-only local copy of it on their own devices.
Our own sales records Greek tax and accounting law requires them to be kept. Apple and Google report sales to us without identifying you.
If you are the sole owner of a shared household the app asks you to choose: destroy it, or hand it to a named member who then becomes its owner. Handing it over keeps the group together on the same up-to-date inventory. If your subscription paid for it, it keeps syncing for 14 days; one of the remaining members needs to take out a plan within that time, or its cloud copy is locked until they do.

If you cannot open the app

✉ Request account deletion ℹ What gets deleted

Opens your mail app with the request already written. Send it from the address you signed up with.

Or write to info@infinet.gr yourself with the subject Account deletion request, including:

StepTiming
We acknowledge your requestWithin 2 working days
We verify the address and delete the accountWithin 30 days, and normally far sooner
We confirm in writing that it is doneImmediately afterwards

This is free, and you do not have to give a reason.

Want your data before it goes? Export it first — More → Settings → Data → Export writes the whole inventory as JSON. Once the account is deleted the cloud copy is gone and we cannot recover it.

You may not need to delete the account

If you want toDo this instead
Stop syncing, but keep everything on this device More → Account → Sign out. Nothing is deleted; the app carries on offline.
Leave someone else’s household More → Account, select the household, Leave household. Your account survives.
Remove one shared inventory from the cloud Delete that household on its own; your account and other households are untouched.
Stop paying Cancel the subscription in the store. A cloud household keeps syncing until the paid period ends and for 14 days after; then its cloud copy is locked, not deleted. On your device the app carries on within the free limits.

Deleting some of your data, but keeping the account

To deleteDo this
An item, a location, or a photo Open it and delete it. In a cloud household the deletion reaches our servers and every member’s device on the next sync.
The activity history More → Settings → Data → Clear activity log.
A whole shared inventory As its owner, delete the household: its rows and photos are removed from our servers.
Everything on one device More → Settings → Data → Reset to Defaults clears one household on this device. It does not touch the cloud copy.
